Tim holds an MBA (Hons) DMD MAICD from the Lausanne Business School and has over 20 years of experience in the corporate finance and financial services industries, with a particular focus on company structuring and capital raisings in the offshore and natural resources sectors.
Tim’s professional experience has led to him living and working in Australia, South Africa, UK, France, Switzerland and Mauritius. He has founded and held executive and non-executive positions in a number of public and private companies, he is a co-founder of Vuna.
Tim is fluent both in English and French which has proven to be invaluable in Vuna’s principal region of interest. Tim is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Isabelle has numerous years experience in the services industry and has been working in Financial Services Sector for over 9 years where she held senior leadership roles. She is focused on identifying business opportunities and assists individuals, entrepreneurs and corporations to unveil a family’s goals, business objectives and dreams. Isabelle is selfmotivated and dynamic. Bilingual in both English and French, she focuses on customer service and care for the individual and businesses of Clients.
Through Surrey University, Isabelle completed an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management and has achieved several other professional courses. Having lived in Australia, South Africa and Mauritius, Isabelle has an in-depth understanding of diversity and culture which is a great addition to our Client focus.
Isabelle joined Vuna to grow the company from a family office to its full potential of Management Company.
Neeraj has been working in the accounting sector for 25 years. He joined an accounting and audit firm in 1993 where he obtained some valuable experience in accounting and audit.
He then went to worked in UK where is obtained some overseas exposure and experience and acquired also his ACCA.
Being well versed on the accounting side, Neeraj decided to return to Mauritius to work for private companies and finally joined Vuna in 2017. With his jovial character and proactiveness, every client is satisfied to have his tax advices.
Compliance Manager & Business Development Assistant
Laetitia has gained extensive and diverse experience over the last 12 years in Banking Sector. During this time, she has successfully gained hands on experience while working with Management Companies in Mauritius and has also provide excellent support services and guidance to Private and Corporate Clients on the available services which they can obtain from the banking institution. Whilst working, Laetitia completed a Certificate in Economy and Management and has achieved the ACI Diploma. Since 2014, she joined another large bank in
Mauritius and has been exposed to regulatory and industry related standards in the Compliance Department. Having sustained ongoing compliance with local and global regulatory standards, Laetitia, is a great addition to the Vuna Group Team, as she will be able to assist all our clients and team with the fast-changing regulations and standards related to Corporate and Trust Administration. With her bubbly and enthusiastic demeanor, she has a willingness to reach for the skies when it is to support our Clients.
Client Services Manager
Dev is a self-motivated individual with a “can do” attitude. Having been in the Offshore Industry since 2009, Dev has worked with some of the largest Management Companies in Mauritius. He has led the Fiduciary Services Department and has created an atmosphere of teaching and sharing of knowledge within his teams. Respected by his peers for his dedication, Dev is dynamic and strives to assist his clients on all aspects of their structures, providing support and knowledge for the benefit of better administering their private and commercial assets.
He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP) and the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI), and holds a BSC in Law and Management. Over eight (8) years of experience in the Trust Administration and Private Wealth Sector. He is well versed with the laws of trusts of various jurisdictions including Mauritius, South Africa, Seychelles, Singapore, UK, Cayman Islands and the US. Dev is currently pursuing his education and has undertaken the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has already successfully completed levels 1 and 2 and is currently half way through level 3 which will bring additional benefit to his career in providing a rounded support system to our clients.
Richi Chengayanee has numerous years’ of experience financial industry and has been working in the offshore sector for over 8 years. He is selfmotivated, dynamic and a proactive person. Through his discipline and dedication, he is able to work in a wellorganized manner and be team player to attain his deadlines and objectives.
While being the guardian of data and information, Richi maintains our office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement and puts in place procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
